Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as personal care products ,Jewelry , Belt, Mask or Accessories cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials.

Exclusion from Return/Exchange

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
  • All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
  • Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece
  • To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection
  • It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been processed.

Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for process pickup again

  • Personal care products,Accessories (Jewelery, Belts & Masks),Toys can be replaced only in case the products delivered are damaged/defective

* Handling charges of INR 95 applicable on all orders below INR 1000 are not refunded in case of any return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

COD Orders

  • The amount is refunded as Sakuda Gift card which you can use for your future orders
  • COD handling charges (INR 50) charged at the time of placing the order are non refundable.

Prepaid Orders

  • Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)

Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)

All refunds for discounted merchandise (Prepaid & COD) are issued as Gift card only.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded you will receive gift card or point for future purchase.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {care@sakuda.in} and send your item to us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exclusion from Return/Exchange

International Orders

  • We do not provide reverse pick up facility in case of international shipments. All back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer
  • All applicable brokerage or custom charges on international shipments will be paid by the customer.
  • All other applicable conditions and terms of our return and refunds above apply to international returns.

*Pls note we accept only prepaid payment mode for International orders 

For Bulk order / wholesale

  • You can return goods in case or defective /damage
  • To avoid bulk return you can order one piece from B2C tab for quality check
  • All applicable brokerage or custom charges on international shipments will be paid by the customer.
  1. Approval of the Return Request: The Return Request shall be approved under the following scenarios:
    1. The Return Request has been approved by the Seller. In such case, the Reverse Shipment will be shipped to the Seller
  2. In case of approval of the Return Request, if the Buyer has already paid for the Order, the order amount for the Product(s) shall be refunded to the Buyer or third party as per instructions of the Buyer.
  4. Rejection of the Return Request: The Return Request raised by Buyer shall be rejected, in case of any of the following reasons:
    1. If the Buyer does not respond to the inquiry calls and/or communication via other modes made by us to procure missing documentation and information in relation to the Return Request; or
    1. Supportive documents are insufficient, or Buyer is unable to provide sufficient proof in support of the claim.
  5. Once the Return Request raised by the Buyer is accepted, our field executive will pick up the Shipment from the Buyer with in timeline  and process for quality check and take necessary photo and video etc of reverse shipment.
  6. The Reverse Shipment will be delivered to the Seller by us.
  7. We will return the Undelivered Shipment to the Seller on an ‘as is’ basis i.e., in the same condition as it is received by us from the Consignee. At the time of delivery of the Reverse Shipment to the Seller.
