1. Introduction
Welcome to Sakuda.
Sakuda is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers and vendors across India.
These Customer Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sakuda website, including browsing products, creating an account, placing orders, making payments, and using other services available through the website.
By accessing or using Sakuda, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Sakuda website or place an order.
2. About Sakuda
Sakuda operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers.
Products displayed on Sakuda may be offered and supplied by different sellers.
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of product information, product quality, availability, packaging, and fulfilment of the seller’s products, subject to the applicable policies and laws.
Sakuda facilitates the marketplace, order management, payment processing, customer support, and coordination of shipping and related services.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
By using Sakuda, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activities carried out through your account.
4. Account Registration
Certain features of Sakuda may require registration.
When registering, you may be required to provide information such as:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Other information required for account or order processing
You must not provide false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Sakuda reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
5. Product Information
Sakuda attempts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, availability, and other product information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, minor differences in product appearance, colour, packaging, dimensions, or other characteristics may occur.
The seller remains responsible for the accuracy of information supplied for its products.
6. Product Availability
Products displayed on Sakuda are subject to availability.
A product may become unavailable before or after an order is placed due to inventory or operational circumstances.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Sakuda or the seller may cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund in accordance with the applicable policies.
7. Prices
Product prices displayed on Sakuda are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the customer successfully places the order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, discounts, or other charges may be displayed separately at checkout.
The final payable amount will be displayed before the customer completes payment.
8. Payments
Sakuda currently accepts prepaid payments only.
Customers must complete payment through the payment method made available by Sakuda at checkout.
An order will generally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
Sakuda may change, add, suspend, or remove payment methods from time to time.
9. QR Code / UPI Payments
Where QR Code or UPI payment is made available at checkout, customers may complete payment using a supported UPI-enabled application or banking application.
Customers should ensure that the payment is completed successfully and that the correct order or payment information is used.
If a payment has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact Sakuda customer support with the relevant payment details.
10. Order Confirmation
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee fulfilment in every circumstance.
An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation by Sakuda, subject to product availability and other applicable conditions.
Sakuda or the relevant seller may cancel an order in circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect product or pricing information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payment failure.
- Delivery being unavailable to the specified location.
- Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where an order is cancelled by Sakuda or the seller, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund terms.
11. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to the order not having already been dispatched.
No cancellation charge will generally apply where the cancellation request is successfully raised within the applicable cancellation period.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Where cancellation after dispatch is accepted or processed, applicable shipping, return, RTO, taxes, handling, or other charges may be deducted from the eligible refund.

12. Shipping and Delivery
Sakuda coordinates delivery through selected and trusted courier and logistics partners.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before the customer places the order.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Customer location.
- Seller location.
- Product availability.
- Courier serviceability.
- Weather conditions.
- Public holidays.
- Operational circumstances.
- Other factors beyond Sakuda’s reasonable control.

13. Customer Responsibilities for Delivery
Customers must provide:
- A complete and accurate delivery address.
- A valid mobile number.
- Any other information reasonably required for delivery.
Customers should be available to receive their orders.
Sakuda may not be responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or other customer-related circumstances.
14. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Replacements
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are governed by Sakuda’s Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Generally, eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product category, seller terms, product condition, and applicable policy.
Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature, hygiene requirements, safety considerations, or other applicable conditions.
Customers should review the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an order.
15. Product Damage, Defect or Incorrect Product
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, the customer should raise a request within the applicable period.
Sakuda or the seller may request photographs, videos, packaging information, an unboxing video, or other supporting information to verify the claim.
Resolution will be subject to verification and the applicable Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
16. Customer Misuse
Customers must not misuse the Sakuda platform.
Prohibited activities include:
- Providing false information.
- Creating accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Using another person’s account without authorization.
- Attempting unauthorized access to Sakuda systems.
- Placing fraudulent or intentionally misleading orders.
- Abusing return, refund, replacement, or cancellation processes.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Interfering with the operation or security of the website.
- Using Sakuda for any unlawful purpose.
Sakuda may suspend or terminate access where misuse or violation of these Terms is identified.
17. Reviews and User Content
Customers may be permitted to submit product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other content.
Customers must ensure that submitted content is truthful, relevant, and does not violate the rights of others.
Customers must not submit content that is:
- False or misleading.
- Abusive or threatening.
- Defamatory.
- Illegal.
- Infringing of intellectual property rights.
- Containing another person’s private or confidential information.
- Spam or promotional content unrelated to the product.
Sakuda reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.
18. Intellectual Property
The Sakuda name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, content, and other materials provided by Sakuda are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers may use the website for personal and lawful purposes only.
No content from the Sakuda website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
Product names, brands, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property belonging to sellers or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Third-Party Services
Sakuda may use third-party service providers for payment processing, shipping, logistics, website security, communication, analytics, and other services.
The use of such services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties.
Sakuda may not control the policies or practices of independent third-party service providers.
20. Website Availability
Sakuda makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functioning properly.
However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security issues, updates, network failures, or circumstances beyond Sakuda’s reasonable control.
21. Limitation of Responsibility
Sakuda operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers and sellers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sakuda’s responsibility regarding products supplied by sellers is limited to the services and responsibilities undertaken by Sakuda under its applicable policies.
Product-related issues, including product quality, manufacturing defects, warranties, and product compliance, may be the responsibility of the relevant seller or manufacturer, subject to applicable law and the applicable product terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. Fraud Prevention and Security
Sakuda may use reasonable measures to detect and prevent fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
Sakuda may verify orders or request additional information where reasonably necessary for security, payment verification, delivery, or fraud prevention.
Sakuda may cancel or restrict transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
23. Privacy
Sakuda collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy to understand how their information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
24. Changes to These Terms
Sakuda reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time.
